1. 发明了同时兼具空间和动量分辨能力的四维电子能量损失谱技术(专利:ZL202011448013.7);实现了在纳米尺度上高效绘制声子色散分布图(Nature Commun 2021, 12, 1179);观察到了异质结界面声子模式的存在(Nature 2021, 559, 399;入选“2021年度中国半导体十大研究进展”);并揭示了界面声子对半导体器件界面热导的贡献(PNAS 2022, 119, e2117027119)。
2. 提出了利用电镜电子能量损失谱技术测量远红外声子极化激元的方案(Nano Lett 2019, 19, 5070; Adv Mater 2020, 32, 2002014);并将其动量测量范围相比于纳米光学提高了两个量级,获得了已知最高纪录的压缩比(Nature Materials 2021, 20, 43;入选“2020年度中国光学十大进展”)。
3. 发现了氧化物缺陷的挠曲电(Nature Commun 2022, 13 , 216; PRL 2018, 120, 267601)、反铁畸变(PRL 2021, 126, 225702)、自旋阀等新现象(Natl Sci Rev 2020, 7, 755),为解释其电学活性提出了新见解。
4. 揭示了铅基铁电体的表面效应(Nature Commun 2016, 7, 11318);发现铅基铁电体中不存在本征的临界尺寸(Nature Commun 2017, 8, 15549; 入选“2017年度中国电子科技十大进展”)。
5. 测定了单个极性拓扑结构的极化分布(Sci Adv 2019, aav4335),并揭示了其在外场下的演化行为 (Nature Commun 2020, 11 , 1840;PNAS 2020, 117, 18954);在非极性材料中发现了极性拓扑反涡旋(Nature Commun 2021, 12, 2054),拓展了极性拓扑材料的研究范围;提出利用机械切割制造纳米尺寸极性涡旋的简易方法(Nature Commun 2021, 12, 4620)。
6. 在原子尺度上揭示了有机无机杂化钙钛矿的分解机制(Nature Commun 2021, 12, 5516; Nature Commun 2018, 9, 4807);并据此提出了一些稳定的策略(Adv Mater 2020, 32, 2001107)以及优化电镜表征的方案(Sci Bull 2020, 65, 1643)。
