简介

研究兴趣:

近期的细胞动力学分析以及定量的生物学研究中,一些新的方法例如微流控技术已经开始被广泛的应用。其能精确的控制细胞 / 细菌所处的微环境,较高时空精度的记录细胞 / 细菌的表型行为,蛋白表达水平的变化,同时高通量的进行实验对照为细胞水平的动力学研究提供了最佳的实验工具。 我们的研究兴趣在于利用自主研发的高通量细胞动力学分析系统来进行例如酵母细胞应激响应,衰老机制,大肠杆菌耐药性,细胞及细菌趋化性等生物学问题的定量研究.
