What if normal baryonic matter is squeezed so great that nuclei come in close contact? The answer is not only microscopic but also macroscopic, as was already speculated to be “gigantic nucleus” by Lev Landau in 1932. Such kind of compressed baryonic matter would be manifested in the form of so-called neutron star, popularly believed especially after the discovery of radio pulsars in 1967. However, as you know, the neutron star science is recently shocked by the merger event, GW170817, which is of common interest for the researches of pulsar, supernova, gamma-ray burst/fast radio burst, nuclear physics and numerical relativity. Therefore, the relevant experts are desirable to chat at a place to solve the equation of state of supranuclear matter.
当正常重子物质被如此挤压以致原子核都靠在一起了会怎样？答案不只关乎微观世界也涉及天体物理，真如1932年朗道所推测的“巨核”那样。这种压缩重子物质即表现为中子星，特别是在1967年发现脉冲星之后逐渐流行。不过，中子星科学近期受到双星并合事件GW170817的冲击，牵涉脉冲星、超新星、伽马暴、快速射电暴、核物理、数值相对论等众多领域。有鉴于此，相关学者齐聚一堂共探致密物态之谜是必要的。

We are organizing a conference “Dialog at the Dream Field: Supranuclear Matter” there, from Aug. 17 to 21, 2020. Certainly, this invitation-only meeting is for solving the equation of state of dense matter at supranuclear density.
幸运的是，我们在FAST台址附近发现了这样一个“世外桃源”。因此，为解决致密物态之谜，我们考虑从2020年8月17日至21日在这里召开“关于致密物态的桃源对话”会议。

Conference sites（会议地点）
It is only about 20~30 minutes for a drive between Guiyang (LongDongBao) Airport and any hotel in Guiyang down town, which can be reached easily by taking a Taxi at the Airport with the hotel location written in both Chinese and English on a paper note. There are direct flights between Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport and other Chinese airports (including that of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Participants will be informed to reach the conference hotel in Guiyang before the conference, and are suggested to arrive at Guiyang on August 16, 2020.
There are two conference sites. We have meeting in Guiyang city on the first meeting day, August 17, 2020. This means that the first day hotel will be in Guiyang, to be informed. In the afternoon of August 17, all the participants will move to the “Dream Filed” for the following events of the meeting.
We provide buses for participants to go from the “Dream Field” to Guiyang Longdongbao Airport on August 22, 2020.
