MORE+先后于2008年7月、2015年1月在清华大学工程物理系获得学士学位和博士学位。2015年3月至2018年11月在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校物理与天文学系从事博士后研究，其间，2016年11月至2017年11月作为访问科学家在斯坦福国家加速器实验室工作；2018年12月至2022年8月在斯坦福国家加速器实验室任研究员(staff scientist)。2022年9月加入北京大学物理学院。

Research Focus
MORE+[1] 主要研究方向包括等离子体尾波加速，高品质及结构化电子束的产生与输运，基于超强激光、带电粒子束、等离子体三者相互作用的紧凑型辐射源，新型大能量阿秒脉冲的产生，基于尾波加速的高能对撞机相关问题，PIC程序中的数值误差及不稳定性。目前已在《物理评论快报》(Physical Review Letters)、《自然·通讯》(Nature Communications)、《计算物理学杂志》(Journal of Computational Physics)、《计算机物理学通讯》(Computer Physics Communications) 等期刊发表论文50余篇，SCI被引次数逾1000次。
