Abstract:本文基于北京大学物理学院的教育教学传统，特别是近二、三十年教学体系改革与建设成果，以及与当前一线教师的座谈意见，经过综合、整理、提炼而成，其中也融合了作者本人对教育的思考．本文试图对北大物理学院既有的优秀教学传统、先进的教育思想、灵活高效的教学管理制度、成熟可靠的教学方法与模式等，进行总结，希望能对北大物理人才的培养以及物理学科的发展有所裨益，也可供广大物理教育工作者及学习者参考．
