Research Assistant Professor Xiangge He has been engaged in the research of optical fiber sensing technology for a long time, including distributed optical fiber acoustic sensing (DAS), optical fiber temperature and pressure sensing, optical fiber accelerometer and hydrophone, in-situ fluid composition spectral measurement, etc. At present, his interest mainly focuses on the research and development of monitoring technology in the development of natural gas hydrate, including fine exploration technology of natural gas hydrate, distributed optical fiber acoustic/vibration sensing technology, in-situ temperature and pressure monitoring technology of hydrate reservoir, and deeply participates in the trial production of natural gas hydrate in the South China Sea. He has undertaken or participated in 15 projects as a technical backbone, published 21 papers, authorized 10 invention patents, including 1 International Patent and 3 utility model patents, and served as the reviewer of many journals such as Optics Letters, Optics Express, applied optics, measurement and optical engineering.
