研究领域为凝聚态物理和物理化学,主要从事表面科学和扫描探针显微学的研究。长期致力于尖端扫描探针显微术的自主研发,以实现电子态、核量子态、振动态、光子态、自旋态等多自由度的极限探测和操控,以及这些技术在单分子和低维材料研究方向的应用。


当前研究课题包括:

2. 非平衡态下的新物态和效应。

3. 纳米尺度量子传感和显微成像。

研究领域为凝聚态物理和物理化学,主要从事表面科学和扫描探针显微学的研究。长期致力于尖端扫描探针显微术的自主研发,以实现电子态、核量子态、振动态、光子态、自旋态等多自由度的极限探测和操控,以及这些技术在单分子和低维材料研究方向的应用。相关显微镜专利技术成功实现转让并完成了国产化样机,核心参数达到国际领先水平,有望打破我国高端扫描探针显微镜长期依赖进口的被动局面。代表性研究成果包括:

3.     研制了国际上首台qPlus型扫描量子传感显微镜,创新性的将扫描探针技术用于精准操控单个固态量子比特(金刚石氮-空位色心),实现了单个金刚石色心电荷态和相干性的可重复操控,并利用金刚石色心探针首次获得了外电场的纳米级空间分辨成像。【Nat. Phys. 18, 1317 (2022), Nat. Commun. 12, 2457 (2021)
