研究成果

近年来,致力于发展扫描探针显微镜的高分辨成像和谱学技术,实现电子态、核量子态、振动态、光子态、自旋态等单量子态的极限探测和操控,在单分子和低维材料领域取得了一系列突破性研究成果:

1.     研发了一套新型qPlus探针技术,刷新了扫描探针显微镜空间分辨率的世界纪录,实现了氢原子的直接成像和定位,得到世界首张亚分子级分辨的水分子图像,将表/界面水科学的研究推向了原子尺度:揭示了水的核量子效应,发现水合离子输运的幻数效应,实验证实了二维冰的存在。【Nature 577, 60 (2020), Nature 557, 701 (2018), Nat. 2.     研制出国内首台超快扫描隧道显微镜,同时实现飞秒级时间分辨和原子级空间分辨,在原子尺度上跟踪金属氧化物表面单个极化子的非平衡动力学过程。【Phys. Rev. Lett. 124, 206801 (2020), Surf. Rev. Lett. 25, 1841003 (2018), Chin. Phys. B 27, 077301 (2018)

3.     研制了国际上首台qPlus型扫描量子传感显微镜,创新性的将扫描探针技术用于精准操控单个量子比特,实现了单个金刚石色心电荷态和相干性的可重复操控,并利用金刚石色心首次获得了外电场的纳米级空间分辨成像。【arXiv:2011.04473 (2020), Nat. Commun. accepted
