MORE+主要从事理论核物理与计算物理的研究与教学。具体研究范围有弱束缚核的晕结构与软共振，超重核合成，发展高精度有效核相互作用，超冷原子体系的超流相与激发模式，微观核裂变含时动力学，核裂变神经网络，中子星-冷原子等大尺度超流体系的近似理论与多小波分析。 核物理的前沿在不断的演化，交叉与创新，同时又面向国家需求，欢迎大家了解与参与。
