This group is engaged in nanotechnology and application research, including nanoelectronic and photovoltaic devices,
large-scale assembl new energy materials, environmental materials, phase change thermal storage,
thermal prevention and control of thermal ablation.
1. synthesize various high-performance carbon nanomaterials, including carbon nanofibers, carbon nanotube films,
carbon nanotube three-dimensional porous sponges, etc., and explore the practical applications in new energy,
environmental protection, mechanical enhancement, etc.; produce one-dimensional nanomaterials
and their Wiener devices with excellent optoelectronic and mechanical properties.
2. Develop functional composite materials based on carbon nanotubes, including but not limited to:
carbon nanostructured phase change heat storage materials, carbon nanostructured thermal ablation materials,
carbon nanotube sponge-based energy storage electrode materials, carbon nanotube sponge-based artificial muscle composites,
as well as carbon nanotube-based thin-film solar cell materials.
